In the ticket reply box in the front-end of WHMCS WSC Free and WSC Pro now display a warning banner to warn customers never to enter sensitive password information into the ticket reply box. In the default state, a link to the credentials form is displayed in the banner message.
Both the colour of the banner and the text in the banner can be changed and here we will show you how to do both.
Changing the banner colour
By default the banner colour is red. This can be changed and we have included the CSS code to change it to orange. To do this open up the WSC Pro or WSC Free download you got from the client area and navigate to the /upload/templates/six folder
Open the file viewticket.tpl and find the line that starts;
The default is red so alertDanger means you will see a red banner frontend. Change the line to <div class=”alertWarn” which will give you an orange banner
Save and close the file then upload the file to the /templates/six folder overwriting the old file. The banner front end will now be displayed as orange.
You can add your custom CSS to the file located in the CSS folder if you wish to use a different colour to the defaults. You will see our edits here too.
Changing the text of the banner
You can change what the banner says by enditing the viewticket.tpl file. The text starts on line 113. Simply change it to your requirements and then save and upload the file to the /templates/six folder or your custom theme folder name
